The ability to add preferred pronouns (e.g. he/him, she/her etc.) can make a workplace so much more accepting for trans and non-binary people.

The only current workaround is to suffix your name with them in your profile and the RingCentral app is very unhappy with slashes and brackets being included in these fields.
