It would be extremely helpful for users to create and have meeting templates to choose from when scheduling meetings. Meetings are external/internal (and custom notes help), some meetings are for training (additional instructions need to be provided and always have to be typed in manually), some meetings have a physical location and need that info as well (room details, requirements, etc). Instead of typing these out every time, a user could set up their own templates and select them for an easier, professional invite.
