I can’t get ahold of anyone to get help?!

I can’t get ahold via email, phone, chat, or even calling my sales rep. This is so frustrating. They were so easy to get ahold of when we were about to buy but now they have completely ghosted us leaving us just waiting to see if we are going to be connected. I’ve been on hold for more than 5 hrs today. HELP
