RingCentral for Salesforce click to dial feature support for custom lightning component

This is an idea from the support case(https://jira.ringcentral.com/browse/RCINT-13052). 

In Salesforce, when a user does click to dial in a custom lightning component, the CTI may ignore this request and can not do a contact match with this call.

The customer hopes our CTI can handle well for custom lightning component with click to dial feature.
