RingCentral for Salesforce click to dial feature support for User entity

This is an idea from the support case(https://jira.ringcentral.com/browse/RCINT-13194). 

In Salesforce, when a user does click to dial with a User entity, the CTI will fail to log this call.
The customer hopes our CTI can handle well for the User entity with click to dial feature, so he can log the call normally.
