Delay task regeneration on recurring tasks?

In my experience, the more inexperienced Glip users are confused by recurring tasks. When they check off the task and see the task reappear right away, they assume that something didn't work right, so they check it off again...then again...until they figure it out.

Since you can't just go in and edit the due date to the correct date (because when you check it off next time, the date will skip to the date after the last non-edited date), it may make more sense to generate the recurring tasks in a more discrete way. Perhaps delay it and regenerate it (perhaps without a notification) sometime after the person closes out of the team/conversation?
