Differentiate Personnal vs Team Mention Notifications

As a user, if someone at mention me in a team, it requires my attention at a higher level than an team at mention.

    I know this feature was rollback for some reason. And here we hope we can turn on this feature manually in the settings.

    Meanwhile, we hope team mention can be shown in the "mentions".
