when placing an outbound call, show the name of the person I’m trying to call BEFORE hitting the call button. This way I can tell if I’ve dialed correctly.

Be able to set scheduled text messages to clients or customers or reps based on time and date to be able to manage CRM and text distributions

we should be able to search for words within our groups/chats similar to other messaging apps, to find info from long ago

As a user, if someone at mention me in a team, it requires my attention at a higher level than an team at mention.

I joined multiple groups but when I muted a group I dont want the app to display new messages as unread / app badge. Now when I have muted a group the app badge still shows for example (45) new group messages

It will be great to have the ability to listen to a recorded phone call within the mobile app. It is hard to find the recording when you log onto your website as well.

Giving possibilities to disable notifications automatically for weekends and outside the working hours. See attach file like example from Teams app.
