adding timer gives the presenter to know how many minutes is left and should have the ability to set and reset the timer . Currently it is not their in zoom or any video meeting . For RingCentral it will be great feature .

please add an option to delete conversations and clean the chat, this is something all the app should have.

RC uses Zoom which permits virtual backgrounds. RC Meetings should permit virtual backgrounds. There isn’t an option/preference/setting found to do that now.

brand recognition

i sometimes need to reference notes that are posted in glip thread but have to refer back to the message thread, but have to save and exit the note because it is opened in the same window,

we miss important texts frequently 9 out of 10 times

In the App "Recent" section can be added to have the list to whom you have connected last or what meeting you dialed to at what time.

It's an age-old request, but it would be great if Glip had the ability to break a large task up into smaller subtasks - each with their own assignees and due dates.

It will be great to have the ability to listen to a recorded phone call within the mobile app. It is hard to find the recording when you log onto your website as well.
